Teriyaki Steak Appetizers Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 cup of Salad oil
1/2 cup of Onion, chopped fine
1 pc. Crushed clove of garlic
1/4 cup of Soy sauce
1/4 cup of Honey, liquid
Slice the steak in long strips that measure 1/16-inch across its grain. Mix together all other ingredients on a big flat pan then add in strips of steak.
Steak strips should be marinated for a couple of hours then take out the strips from the marinade and shake to take out marinade excess.
Strips should be threaded onto skewers (metal) then cook them on the grill or a boiler on medium flame until the meat has turned brown then turn it and baste the other side with the marinade.
Best served hot.
